“I originally ordered TWO headlights, a right and a left! The Right headlight came solo, then days later after sending an email, I received the left headlight when they both should have arrived together!! It wasn't until after the installation that I discovered a chip in the corner of the headlight and did not find any chips in the box it came in! I emailed customer service again to inform them of the issue. I got a response a few days later saying they are not responsible and there will be no refund or exchange for the part. Disappointing a I will never order from this company again! I emailed them again after that regarding the return policy and I still have not yet heard back from them. I am now contacting the BBB to report them.”

“Lights Were Awesome. Only one thing. Normally in the past when I have purchased headlight pairs they came with bulbs. So, purchasers be advised These headlights do not come with bubls.

“Hi, I recently purchased this bumper cover. The entire purchase from start to end has been a pleasurable experience. The cover arrived in timely fashion, no issues. However, after unwrapping the cover and packaging, I realized that it was sent folded up in two places, which caused bend marks in two places. I tried all the remedies provided in the instructions, but the fold marks remain. So my only suggestion I have is that this bumper shouldn't be folded for shipping.”
