“The product "seems" to be okay. The passenger side headlight seems to project a "hollow" "hotspot" and the driver side seems to be not as bright as the passenger side. I SENT YOU AN EMAIL ABOUT THIS ON 3/23/23 AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE!! That's the reason for the POOR rating.”
“They were in great shape but turned out to be the wrong ones for my BMW- 2014 328XI. I returned to you and you received the return on 03/26/2023. I am still waiting for the credit back to me than i will order the correct ones.”

Light that was sent is for the passenger side of the truck.Also light was a little smaller than the original, so I'm not sure it would have worked anyway.☹”
“Ordered the loaded headlight assembly, wired, with bulbs already installed. All you have to do is plug them in. For a 2003 ford Tauras. When they arrived, we opened the nicely packaged boxes to find un-loaded headlight assemblies. We were disappointed and felt somewhat ripped off. Had to go to Walmart to buy bulbs. Came home to swap everything over. Time-consuming, and costly. Tried to call the company but could not find their number anywhere. I emailed them. Without a response back to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
“I ordered the wrong part thinking it would fit my Cadillac EXT, which it did not. I returned the product in the same box with the same packing and mailed it back. I have received a partial refund which is unacceptable, I am due a full refund. If this is not resolved ASAP, I will turn it over to my bank to deal with!”
“For the price l have no complaints. The new tail light fit fine. I noticed that the white area(backup light) part of the light is a bit darker than the original. That might be because the old one has faded ?”
