Communication for receipt and delivery needs much improvement.
The price was fair. It took about a week to arrive. The product gets 4 stars and customer service 2 stars.

“The mirror I received did not come with the blind spot detection as described but everything Ames came as listed. Also arrived a day later then initially promised..all in all still installed without issue and would probably order from the site again”
“Mirror arrived really fast, so no complaints there. The mirror housing itself is indistinguishable from the original mirror. The only problem was discovered when I had it installed and took a drive. Unfortunately the actual field of view is much different than the OEM Toyota mirror, so cars look much further away on the replacement. This isn’t a huge deal, but it’s quite disorienting when glancing between both mirrors.”
