“Will not order anything else from you. Taillights never delivered then I was told to check with the shipper whom I didn't know who the carrier was. I guess my business with your company doesn't mean a whole lot so I will order from someone else this time. Not a good Way to start off with your company.”
“JP Auto, well everything went as planned, my rear tail lights arrived in a timely manner, well wrapped and boxed, not damaged in any way zs sometimes can happen with freight companies! I unwrapped them and as expected, shiny new! One thing though, the one’s in the picture I saw on-line were not the one’s I received, they will fit but the one’s in the on-line picture had a black boarder around each individual color of the tail light and look true OEM!
The one’s I received still look new and fit but don’t have the pizzazz.the one’s with the boarder have!
Other then that, things went very well! Could I of returned them, yes but a larger ordeal I didn’t want to hassle!!!!!”
“The perfect fit and easily installed. It looked great!! Delivered fast with great shipping box and plastic wrap. My only complaint is the bulbs it came with. I had to replace turn signal bulb within a week of use. Luckily I saved my old bulbs and that fix took less than 5 min. I would buy again if needed. Thank you JP Auto!!”
“The listing said that it came with lights. It did not come with lights. I messaged them and their response was, I'm so many words, too bad, we have no control over that. You think you're getting what is listed by you may not be.”
“This tail light was very poorly built. When comparing it to the OEM light I was replacing, you could tell it was much lower quality. Upon plugging it in for testing the light did not work at all. After playing around with the plug, I was able to get it to work sporadically only when held at a certain angle. I determined it had a faulty plug and returned it. Unfortunately I had to pay return shipping even though it was a faulty product, not damaged or an incorrect part order. They provided a FedEx “shipping label” that was actually just a packing slip and I had to cover shipping. If you do have to return a product, suggest going somewhere cheaper than FedEx, I’m sure I could’ve shipped it USPS for cheaper.”
