“The fitment and quality of what I recieved was amazing, unfortunatly I had to return the mirrors because the electronic plug was not compatable with my van. The website and other sources online say that it should be, dissapointed that it wasn't. I still cannot find the parts with the correct plug, I wish I didn't have to waste so much time looking. If your van has a rectangular plug inside your door the part number of these won't work.”
“The auto body shop said it would cost more make it fit than to buy the same at BMW!
So i’m out of my money that I paid for the bump cover and there is no refunds on it as I was surprised to find out! It’s like I actually just took $160 and fling it out the window going 70 miles an hour! I’m very disappointed and upset about this! regards, Jim Busse”
“Installation was easy, however i would go with an OEM part as there is a lot of play in the hinge causing the mirror to bounce while driving. There is no way to tighten or adjust.”
“Not the item I thought I was hurting. I was supposed to be the right front. Not right rear. I tried to get a hold of them to return it or exchange it and they never got back to me. So now I’m out my money, which was more for the shipping and handling than the actual part”
