“I was sent the left tail light when i ordered the right passenger side light. i sent the wrong light back and they charged me twice and i never got a refund. after about a month i finally got the right side tail light. i will be watching to see if JP Auto puts this in there reviews”
“JP Auto sent a defective headlight that allowed condensation on inside and are giving me the run around doing everything but allow for return and refund. At first they stated they do not do exchanges, then they decided to do exchange instead of a refund. Finally they just mailed a replacement without me requesting. I have since bought and replaced from a different company due to all the frustration with JP Auto. Do not buy from them, go to a different retailer for your auto part needs.”
“Headlights were fine but connected marker lights in the assembly did not work as the factor light plugs for my 1999 did not fit in the marker light .....plug were different! Unusable fot me!!!”
