“Unfortunately these headlights are the quintessential example of the saying "you get what you pay for"! There is no defined beam of light,it is broken up into at least 3 different parts, making it very difficult to accurately adjust the headlights. On top of that, they emit an arc of prismatic light well off to each side of the vehicle that cannot be compensated for by adjustment. These headlights will let your vehicle pass inspection and are better than holding flashlights out your windows, but sadly, not a whole lot better. I was surprised to find out how expensive headlights were(i don't really understand why)when shopping for them, but I would bite the bullet next time and pay for a higher quality set.”
“I sent back headlights for a refund and never heard anything back! Tried numerous times to contact. When I made the purchase they were happy to e mail me right away…but now, nothing.”
“The only reason for the low review score is because this product did not fit the 2009 Audi A3 with sports package as it indicated. The opening for the light was on the opposite side of where the light needs to fit. Returning was swift and easy though. It's a fine product and the company handled the oversight with a full refund. The only issue was the product promise to fit the car was incorrect or incomplete.”
“Bumper i received was as pictured. It was shipped folded in third, each side being folded over the middle. One side had a Crack at bottom of bumper. I contacted the seller and they at first offered a $15 discount if I kept the item. I didn't feel that was an adequate response so I replied that I would return. They counter offered a $61 refund if i kept the bumper. Price for bumper was $120. I agreed to their refund, but it was never received. I ended up contacting PayPal as they were getting ready to make a decision on my initial damage claim. After PayPal received all email correspondence between myself and seller, they decided in my favor. Seller stated that all bumpers are shipped in this way to save on shipping costs.”
