“The bumper was folded to ship & want to return it but JP Auto does not respond. Due to i cannot mold it due to my bumper was very bad. This was worse!!! They do not respond & or send me return shipping. So, I would never use them again & not recommend them!”
“Once I received the bumper I purchased I noticed it had been cracked! I reached out to the company who was quick to respond with a fix to the problem either waste more time getting a replacement or take a 20$ refund for the inconvenience. I responded letting them know that the material needed to fix the product was 38$ not including time an effort needed to repair the bumper. Sense that I’ve had no response from the company to resolve the problem the bumper was also rough around the edges an light markers making fitment a challenge more time went it to getting the bumper to fit an the money wasted on this transaction make me wish I would have just repaired my original bumper that was also cracked!”
“I never received my tail lights because sent them FedEx Smart Post and the driver supposedly deliver to a door front, according to his picture, which was not my front door. FexEx refuses to take a claim from me saying that you have submit the claim as the shipper. I am without my tail lights and out the money I paid you. I now have to pay twice for same lights. “The mirror broke after 1 week of having it. Then when I asked for a replacement they said no because I have the mirror installed. How else would I know the damn mirror was going to work.”
