“They fit just like expected they weren't excellent condition and it was funny though every time I would type in my make or model for my 2001 Buick LeSabre custom I was told on the other sites that they wouldn't fit my car. Now I know that to be untrue and have known that to be untrue but JP Auto didn't do that to me they didn't try to jack up the price on me just to get an extra 50 bucks a headlight so kudos to them.”
“Terrible experience. My package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who works at the UPS Store where I have my PO box. However, the UPS manager confirmed that FedEx never came in to deliver anything that day, so someone isn’t being truthful.
I contacted JP Auto and asked if they could please file a claim for me, as the FedEx representative said that would be the best course of action. JP Auto never responded to any of my emails regarding this issue. I find this extremely unprofessional and will not be doing business with them again, especially since they couldn’t take even a minute to reply. I am still dealing with this issue and and at a loss of $60.00”
“Worse place ever I tried to contact them to let them know that my package was delivered to the wrong address no type of consideration to contact me back with no type of information just telling me that it was sent to the address that I put and I did put the right address, but FedEx had sent it to the wrong address and FedEx told me that they had to contact them for them to send my package back so I pretty much gave you guys $57 for free. I did not receive Amira. I have not had nobody contact me back so I will never never in my life order from here again I don’t even feel as a real company because there’s no way for you to even talk to somebody.”
