“The fitment is fine and the units look exactly like the original, as they say they are OEM... However,both assemblies had condensation in them in less than 24 hours! That goes away with a hairdryer. I plan to put a bit of clear silicone around the front edge seal areas of the assemblies to slow down the condensation hopefully. But this is quite frustrating. Especially as it cost $700.00 to have the new assemblies installed by a certified Audi Mechanic.
You get what you pay for. Audi Parts directly are $1632.00 each!!!”

Everything on the what order formed looked great. As far as the address still does, however, it was delivered to a different address. I got a notification that was supposed to be delivered. And when the day arrived. I got a notification. It was being sent back to the person who send it to me, which would be JP auto. Looked everywhere found an address.Excuse me, email address, send an email with no response back. Spent 2 days trying to locate my item through JP auto.
The delivery agent advise me. The address was incorrect.All they told me is that it was misaddressed so they were sending it back. I contacted j p auto again by email.You can't find customer service numbers.Anywhere on their page. Then I get a notification itself for redelivery, so i'm thinking, hell, this is great.I'm finally getting my part back. I then receive an notification, it was delivered.The pitcher didn't even match my home. I contacted the shipper again. And they advised me that it was sent to the address on the package. However, even there j p auto information, they provided me showed they shipped it to my address. Eye contacted JP auto, they told me that the matter was closed that it had been received. I contacted the shipper. They advised me that I had to deal with the sender, which was j p auto which incorrectly address the package. JP auto took no responsibility upon contact and I had to go elsewhere for a new assembly out the money. Although at this point still trying to fight it with mike debit card company.”
