“The reflector was received broken. They sent me a replacement reflector which also was received broken. No word back from the company yet about either refunding or replacing the broken part. I’m beginning to think that this company deals in broken parts which keeps costs lower.”
“It arrived with multiple scratches on the paint on back of the mirror. Thankfully the mirror wasn't scratched so I didn't bother with a return since I had already gone a couple weeks without my drivers side mirror. I wouldn't recommend though, unless you're okay with buying used products that are labeled as new.”
“The product was great, up until I realized that my son has heated mirrors and now I can't get anyone to respond to my request to return them. So customer service isn't the best.”
“Couldnt have been happier. Perfect fit, only one minor hassle. That was a difference in the new ones which are designed for a fine thread attachment screw about 5/8" long, the OEM sheet metal screws were to small and short, so would not work. I had the right screws in junk bin so no problem, might be for others but a Lowes run would have those screws if needed. A sheet metal screw would work just needed to be the right length & size. Only one attachment screw per side, couldn't have been easier.”
“Purchased one set kept fogging over company replaced them with another set. These ones filled halfway with water and fogged over also I'm very disappointed in the product. I feel that I could buy cheaper and have better luck than what I purchased these for very very disappointing.”
“Received the bumper. It was folded up. I took it to the Body Shop to get it installed and painted. Because of the design of the bumper, the way it was folded creases will not come out of the bumper. The Body Shop would not be able to use this. The grill will not even stay in if we tried because it’s deformed. I informed the company of the issue and they said they could not accept a return because it wasn’t in its original condition. All I did was open the box and let the bumper relax like I was supposed to. How else was. I supposed to know it was damaged. They apparently do not stand behind anything they sell I would not recommend buying anything from them and this will be disputed on my credit card as I wasted money on something that is useless.”
