“It has been 25 days and I never received the headlights. The FedEx website says “Shipping Exception — unable to deliver under this tracking number.” And that is all I got for my $137.85. I am pursuing a refund through PayPal.”
“The headlights are very clear and they have a decent light projection pattern. The difficulty I ran into with these is that they are impossible to adjust while installed. There is no way to get to the left/right adjustment when the light is installed. The vertical adjustment is reachable on the driver's side while it is installed, but you will have a hard time making large adjustments wit it in place. The passenger side light vertical adjustment is inaccessible while installed. This makes for a tedious process to adjust the headlights. Had I known this, I probably would have bought the HID lights that were compatible with the car's auto leveling light system.”
“The bumper cover came with a large split from nearly top to bottom. I advised that I would accept a new one if it could be shipped without damage. I was given a refund (I hope, I haven't seen one on my credit card statement yet) and advised i could dispose of the damaged bumper cover. Ill have to pay to get rid of the damaged bumper cover. I understand that folding them saves on shipping but if it can't be delivered without damage, I dont see the point in folding the cover. So my experience ended up costing me money - to dispose of the damaged bumper cover and I still have to buy a bumper cover from a different company. The only positive point is that communication via email was timely.”
“Did not receive order. FedEx said it was delivered on a certain day. But it wasn't. They told me to contact the sender and the sender advise me to contact FedEx. End result: money lost.”
“The tail lights look great and installation was relatively easy. Only issue was the grommet and installing it. It’s smaller than the original and possible for me to put it in properly. I had to modify to get it to work.”
