“Scam Alert! 10/10 do not recommend this company, they sent me a faulty light and then began ignoring all emails in correspondence with trying to get a refund SCAM!!!!!!”

“I ordered and paid for the tail lights. I never received them. The picture from the drop-off in my email showed a completely different house that isn't mine. When I reach out, I got no response except 1 email saying they were delivered. Neither the carrier nor JP auto was helpful. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I will be writing reviews on every platform possible so people know not to trust JP Auto and don't waste their money or time!!”
