“JP auto sent me the rear reflector for a '18 Ford Focus sedan. However I have a Focus hatchback... different reflector. There was no option to choose between sedan or hatchback. My item was not eligible for return. I would recommend researching your part numbers with a dealer before ordering from JP auto parts. Their computer system doesn't seem to be prepared to deal with different trims and options.”
“I returned these items because it did not fit my car. I l have to buy parts from the dealer. I returned these items to fedex last 9/14/23 at 1:02 pm pls issue me a refund of $360.00. Thank you”
“Not as advertised. One came with the lights and pigtail cabling as described on-line, the other did not.
JP Auto declined to make it right.
