“I would have to say this has been one of the most frustrating on line shopping experiences I have ever had--from no one answering phones or emails to just recently finding out that our shipment was not delivered, for some unknown reason, and is being shipped back to your company. At this point, we have no idea at all where this wedding gift item is and whether or not it will be delivered. tracking UPS #1Z076R860390499855. I'm still waiting for someone from the company to call and let us know what's going on with this order.”
