“This company has terrible customer service, I bought my glass from them for the breaking of the glass during my wedding ceremony. It did not come with instructions or packaging to return to them after the ceremony so they could make my sculpture however after I emailed them they did provide me with the address to send it to. It has now been more than 4 months since I sent my broken glass in and I never received my sculpture. I have called and emailed and no one can tell me when I'll receive it. Terrible! I prepaid hundreds of dollars for a sculpture I never got. I'm now requesting a refund. And how sad that I don't have the glass anymore as a keepsake to do anything else with it because I sent it back to them!”
