“I ordered this ketubah for my daughter's wedding. I was unhappy that it cost an extra $25 to ship, even though the site advertised free shipping, but so be it, we needed the ketubah quickly. It came within the promised time, in fact we received another the next day and a third one the next! The real problem was when we took it to our calligrapher who found there was a misprint on the original ketubah, stating the year was ten years ago. At this point we did not have time to get another so we had to do some fixing with white-out to have it read correctly, not the happiest solution. The company informed us that they did not expect me to sent the extra, misprinted copies back and that we did not have to pay for them( I don't know why we should have!) and offered 10% off our next order to make up for the mistake. Big deal! Everyone, make sure you check your ketubah carefully and order it in plenty of time in case there is a mistake.”
