“The Shabbat Glass inserts shown in this email request is not the Shabbat Glass Inserts I received. If you would please notice the one in the picture has a rubber bottom that would fits snugly in my beautiful silver Shabbat candle sticks. I received inserts that do not have the rubber guard on the bottom. Also, unfortunately for me, I ordered 2 sets. They are loose in the candle sticks. In addition I waited close to 4 weeks for them to arrive and called numerous times to ask about delivery. Very disappointed with my purchase. I don't want to pay return postage and wait another 4 weeks for a replacement. I leave this for you now to respond. Thank you.”
