“I ordered these white/platinum Nike shoes from JGS, I was was shipped the Ryder Cup edition instead. I immediately responded via email with the problem. Recieved a response the next day saying JGS would look into it. Unfortunately, another day passed. JGS apologized for the mishap, unfortunately, there were no more size 10s in the shoes I wanted. It was a mistake, admittedly, people make mistakes. I received the credit, happy about that, never received the shoes. Not a great 1st experience.”
