“When I received my new hybrid I was thrilled to see that it came with a head cover. I pulled the head cover off and saw that the club head was still in the factory wrap. I put the head cover back on and went that day and the grip changed to match my existing clubs. When I came home I removed the head cover. When I took off the factory wrap I was heart broken to notice a chip out of the head at the top centre above the face. Since I believed that it was the last club available and because I had changed the grip I tried my best to fill in the mark with a permanent black marker. I don't know how the chip happened. Perhaps the club had been returned prior.”
