BLACK COLOMBINA JESTER DOUBLE
The Jester mask is one of the well-known Venetian stock characters from the Commedia dell'Arte, a form of Italian masked theatre that dates back to the 16th Century.
The Jester masks make for a wonderful accessory to any masquerade costume as you can make sure you are centre of attention at a masked ball, masquerade party, the Venice Carnival or costume party.
The Venetian Jolly Jester Double mask here is a fabulously ornate half-face Colombina mask, which features a three pointed headdress and is secured using silk ribbon ties.
The mask itself is made from quality resin material and decorated using acrylic paints, gold leaf overlay, snippets of Venetian Art Scenes and edged with gold braiding, whilst the striking headdress that can be bent into a variety of different shapes, is covered with velour, edged with gold braiding and finished with gold bells and pearls.
There are several colours available with the Jester Double, so you can choose from black, blue, gold, red, brown or green, depending on which colours will best complement your masquerade ensemble.
This mask is suitable for men and women and also comes with the option to be mounted on a stick if you would prefer not to secure it using the silk ribbons
