The Tagliato Phantom style mask is one of our unisex masks that can be worn by men or women to create an eerie and mysterious masquerade persona.
This striking mask has been beautifully crafted using the traditional papier mâché technique with strips of paper soaked in polyvinyl acetate that are layered to create a plaster cast. The cast, which is wonderfully cut to conceal just one half of the face, has been carefully sanded smooth and coated in a fine plaster resin for a quality finish.
This mask is available in four different colour finishes. The gold and silver masks are fabulously finished with gold or silver leaf overlay. Whilst the white and cream phantom masks are decorated using acrylic paints.
The cream coloured mask is a bone colour that is given an antiqued cracked effect and the white mask is painted in lighter off-white and cream colours.
This distinctive phantom mask is supplied with silk ribbon ties to secure it in place
