As far as striking masks go, the Volto Piuma Piena has got to be up there with the best of them.
This gorgeously over-the-top carnival mask is sure to make a lasting impression, whether you’re wearing it to a masquerade party, the Venice Carnival or simply hanging it on your wall as a decorative display piece.
Moulded from high quality resin, the Volto Piuma Piena is a fabulous masquerade mask that is beautifully decorated with white acrylic paint on the lower half of the mask, whilst the top half of the mask features a half-face mask detailing that has been created using patterned gold leaf overlay, gold braiding. The mask is also given bright red lipstick detailing on the closed mouth.
To finish this striking mask, the upper edge of the mask features a large plume of gorgeous ostrich and peacock feathers that are sprayed around the face. One half of the face is in black feathers and the other half in either white or red feathers, depending on the colour you decide on, which is either red or white.
The mask is held securely in place with silk ribbon ties that are already attached.
