“The water was great but my package was damaged. As a result, one of the liter bottles were completely empty. I reached out to customer service but did not receive a response yet.”
“This shipment that I got had 3 faulty waters in it. The mouthpiece completely detached from the water bottle. I don’t usually complain and have never had issues before maybe there was a manufacturing error with my batch? Not sure but I still love the company and what it stands for I just hope the next shipment doesn’t come faulty again”

“I signed up for auto delivery every two weeks. Every delivery I have received has had leaking water. I’ve contact customer support and they said they would replace the package and never did. Received my next shipment and more leaking water. I’ve had to throw away both packages. Poor customer service and poor packaging/shipping.”
