“If by properly addressed and advised you about your concern you mean i was told there is not much that can be done n they will look into it then sure. Never got response back how long this look into will take or if i could get replacement or refund . Interesting posting a bad review gets a guicker response then anything else, which shows this company doesn't care about customers but about its image.”
