“I’ve been a customer for years. This is the 4th pair in the last 10 years. All of my purchases have stood the test of time. I usually end up losing a pair after 2 years and then the model is discontinued. My most recent purchase was the Clarke frames. Classic understated style, great for any conditions. I had to get a replacement pair, because of the rubber grip coating had a blemish on it. Jar in’s customer service is second to none. They asked me to send some pics of the glasses and they immediately sent me another pair. I will continue to be a customer and I always tell my friends to check them out too.”
“I don’t buy any other glasses besides Kaenons but the last two pairs have had some issues. Kaenon was fast to act on my original issue but the replacement had some minor defects inside the lenses. It is not a scratch on the outside so you can’t pick it up on camera. I reached out to Gypsy in Customer Service but I haven’t heard back since I sent her the original. I don’t want to give them too bad of a rating because I truly love their glasses. Just need an answer and I think everything will be better.”

“This is my third pair of Clark's, first time with the brown lenses. The brown lenses are my new go to, they are extremely good in lower light conditions. I really enjoy the rubberized finish on the tortoise shell frames, I wish they encorporated the rubberized finish into more colors. I got these as a replacement to an older pair that broke. I sent pictures of the old pair to kaenon, I had a code to buy a new pair of whatever I wanted the same business day. Excellent customer service.”
