“I placed an order over a month ago for 3 pairs of sunglasses. I was charged for all 3 pairs. I received a shipping notice letting me know my order had shipped. About 2 weeks in when i had not received the order, I tried to track it through the shipping info Kaenon had sent me. Well, there was no record with the shipping company of my locator number or that it had shipped at all I emailed customer service 4, yes FOUR times and NEVER received any response as to the status of my order which I had already paid $700 for. Finally, my only recourse was to contact American Express and flag the order as fraudulent. Luckily they have temporarily credited my account and it’s under investigation. Beware, this company is either not legitimate or they have somme real real geniuses at the helm. Either way stay away!Scott”
