“I bought the 500mg oil for my mum who had her spine broken 48 years during labour with my sister. She had no help or real pain relief until 12 years ago when she was given morphine patches for the pain. The morphine makes her sick, she is very thin and never sleeps due to the pain and all the side effects of the drugs. I am taking the oil for chronic headaches so fingers crossed it has an effect.
The reason why I only give four stars, is that there is no explanation on the bottle or a pamflet to go with it, to explain how much to take, or when and all that. That would have been nice.
