“I never wanted this product but it was part of a gift during purchase of the Banff backpack.
less than two weeks after my purschase K&S reduce the price of both this product and the Banff bag by more than 60euros. when i reach out to Customer service to get the difference back they refuse to help me. stating everything from "i cannot return the products" to "i got a gift already and should be thankfull of paying 60 euros more" so even if the products can be good the K&S efel more like a cash grab than a customer centric company.”

We understand that it can be frustrating when a new promotion appears shortly after your purchase.Our promotions have a clear start and end date and are communicated well in advance on our homepage and social networks so that discounts can only be waived during this period. If an order is placed before or after such a sale, we understand that it is super annoying, but we have to be fair to all our customers and unfortunately cannot refund the discount afterwards 🙁.
