“The material is hard, too small that I cannot put the small laptop inside. Completely useless.
It was ads as free shipping but then charged additional 25eur for duty and tax. The total price becomes much higher than buying from other shops.”

For deliveries outside the EU, additional VAT, customs duties or other charges such as customs clearance costs may be incurred on import. You are welcome to read the article on this in our FAQ:
These costs are not included in the cost of goods or shipping costs for end customers and must be paid to the freight forwarder upon import. As the VAT rate is different in each country and the applicable fee is calculated individually depending on the value of the goods, it is unfortunately not possible for us to provide exact details of the additional costs.
