“I recently received the bag I ordered, and while I like the size and overall look, I am disappointed with its quality. There are scratches on the top side of the bag when received, and the threads are coming out at the bottom where the rain cover is placed. Additionally, the shoulder cushions are very thin and lack the soft texture I expected, making it uncomfortable to wear. I would suggest using a better quality magnet in the main section, as it is not sticking properly and is annoying sometimes. Best, Harish”
