“Die Bänder vorne an der Bag Front habe ich rausgenommen und die Schlaufen abgeschnitten. Sieht schöner ohne Gummibänder aus :) Sehr wenig Platz zum Packen, wirklich ehr ein Uni Rucksack, weniger für Sport oder Reisen geeignet.”

but the purschase experience was horrible. i payed 60Euros to much since less than 2 weeks after my purschase the lowered the bag with 60 EUROS! now reaching out to Customer service at K&S i am needing to talk to 2 different people and 4 days in i still have not been able to get a reason why they cannot send me the difference in cost instead of me having to send back a fully functioning backpack (impacct on the environment is big on this one) within my 14 days of return policy. not sure if this company respects me as a customer, nor the environment.”

Our promotions have a clear start and end date and are communicated well in advance on our homepage and social networks so that discounts can only be waived during this period. If an order is placed before or after such a sale, we understand that it is super annoying, but we have to be fair to all our customers and unfortunately cannot refund the discount afterwards 🙁.
