Die Lieferung hat viel länger gedauert als angegeben, und auf meine Anfragen beim Kundenservice erhielt ich nur verzögerte oder unzureichende Antworten. Zudem gibt es versteckte Rückgabekosten, die weder beim Kauf noch beim Rückversand klar kommuniziert werden. Erst bei der Erstattung erfährt man davon – ein absolutes No-Go! Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich den Rucksack niemals bestellt, zumal das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht überzeugt. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier zu kaufen!”
