“The backpack is really pretty. It's big enough to fit my laptop and other necessities, looks very nice and I hope it will serve me for long time. I am a bit dissapointed with its quality - it arrived dirty, fortuately I was able to clean it, but the dirty was quite resistant. The same area had little holes in shape of letter V, looks as it was made by sewing machine. I would consider returning the backpack, but it is no longer sold. I asked about this on company chat, but the lady in customer service said that it "should still be on stock" and that I can return it. "Should be" is not something I would rely on, especially since I do not live in Germany and don't speak German.”
