But nothing no delivery updates and no return emails.... Hope someone responds.. Ordered 15th December and understandably busy but knowing when I may get it would be helpful.... Follow up customer service not great...”

“The product is great. It is reasonably priced. It was easy to purchase online. You shipped it immediatelly, however the courier company you use (Fastway Couriers) is very unprofessionable. I have spent the past week chasing it up. It arrived 9 days late.
Like yourself, i also run a small business so I try to avoide using Fastway Couriers since Ive had way too many bad experiences with them.
