“Arrived within the expected timeframe and I have successfully made my first Kombucha! 2nd batch now brewing. The kit had everything to get started, however there were no instructions for using the thermometer or pH strips included in the kit. Would be great if the instructions could be expanded to include these!”
“I've made a few batches since it arrived and I'm contemplating buying another as my two boys and husband can't get enough! My either, it's good stuff!! Very simple, although I'm having some trouble keeping the fizz in it once it gets refrigerated. This could just be that the Scoby is new I'm guessing? However, it still tastes fantastic!

“Just tried my first batch. I really love it. But do you have to replace the scoby sometime? if so, where do I get another? One small section of mine has a dark patch round the edge. Is this OK. I want to keep on making it - it is too expensive to buy and making your own you know what's in it. I have IBS so I find it very helpful. Thank you. Christine”
