“My kombucha kit arrived quickly and safely, it was packaged great and my SCoBY looked healthy. I got my first batch started quickly and it was so easy to test whether it was ready to my taste with the tap. It is cold in Melbourne so it took 10 days until I liked the taste. I'm now onto my third batch and have lots of delicious kombucha doing a second ferment in the cupboard which are nice and fizzy. I highly recommend the brewing kits for nice easy kombucha :D”

“Very happy with the product and easy to assemble. The only thing I have trouble with is the temp data that it to go o the jar. There are not instructions on how to use this and I cannot see that it is working as nothing has changed from when I put it on the jar. It would be god to know what I am supposed to look for.
