“We have decanted 2 ltrs. 4 times since purchasing the 8 ltr. kit and all is working very well. We add some fresh ginger and lemon juice to the decanted liquid and let rest for 3-4 days, the taste is terrific.
We have just received the heating mat so that will make the system easier to use.
