“I have been making kombucha for about 18 months in 4-litre jars, so I was surprised that the new SCOBYs were so small. Obviously designed for smaller containers and this was confirmed by the instructions. However, I put 2 into one of my jars and they worked fine.”

I have followed all the instructions attached with my scoby, however it has gone mouldy after a few days.
I don't believe it was the product, I just don't understand where I went wrong.
The scoby arrived as described, and within a week.
I think it must've been due to my own error.
