“I recently purchased 11 Whitco Stays and Friction/Double Lock Window Hinges.
I have been a Carpenter specialising in Australian California style Bungalows built at the turn and first 50 years or so of the last century. I do complete and entire renovations and period style additions and Cabinet Making to complement the circa style of building. I am quite familiar with Whitco products and have installed countless of them over the years.
I think they are of the same standard if not slightly better designed than the earlier types manufactured many decades ago. Having said that, I have not once ever had to remove or replace a Whitco product because it wore out. Nothing lasts forever but Whitco products would come pretty close.
This is my first purchase with the Keeler Company and I am impressed.
