“The initial order was supplied in a timely manner. But I found that one of the parts was incorrect. I rang the office and spoke to Helga and she asked me to send photos of the parts. Within one hour, I had reply from Helga letting me know that the correct part would be sent to me. Being 4 days from Christmas, I thought it would be weeks before the parts were delivered. But to my surprise they arrived the next day. Well done Helga and Keeler Hardware. I couldn't be happier.”
