“One issue I have found in dealing with stainless steel hardware is that it can be misadvertised. (Keeler is not alone in this - Bunnings does it too). On arrival, I found that the product advertised as Nidus ss roller latch indicated on the packaging that only the roller was ss. From this, I think it can be inferred that the rest of the latch is not ss. Therefore, I will be sending it back! Please check your website and advertising since I believe this is misleading and deceptive conduct under the Trade Practices Act (or whatever that consumer protection legislation is now called).
