Hi Angela, thanks for your feedback. I've reviewed your communication with us and can see that you actually incorrectly ordered silver when you meant to order rose gold and this was your main point of disappointment. As per our email we offered you a 20% off discount to reorder in the colour that you initially meant to order in.
Please understand we cannot remake a product that we made correctly as there's no way of us knowing that you wanted another colour.
I can confirm though that your silver necklace will not rust as it's not a metal that rusts. It can tarnish though which can be easily clean with the polishing pad we provided. We also have some videos of how to clean silver on our social media. Kindest, Nikki
