Thank you so much for your feedback. Sadly this can happen with silver, it depends on the humidity in the atmosphere and in Australian summers it can definitely speed up the process. The silver can always be cleaned right up though back to shiny with a wipe with the polish pad we send out. Also a little tip when storing just pop in an airtight bag - like a sandwich bag - and it'll stay shiny.
