“I love the design but unfortunately the necklace tarnished after 2 wears. Even though I was very careful and cleaned it after every sue and kept it in its original box.
It’s such a shame as I engraved my kids names and was keen to keep it for a while.
Perhaps look at other lasting metals. There are a few at Kmart box sets that I use everyday, has gotten wet and still in great shape and so shiny. It cost me $6!
Just thought I’d share not to criticise as I love your business, concept, design and wonderful service but only if it helps to improve the product.

Hi Ranj! Thank you so much for taking the time to give your feedback. I just wanted to check if you've contacted our customer care as I couldn't see an email from you. The rose gold and gold should definitely not tarnish - it can definitely get dirty but if your bar necklace has tarnished I can hand on my heart say this would be a first for us. Any marks on this bar should just wipe right off with the polish pad. Silver by nature will always tarnish but the same polish pad will clean any tarnish off immediately.
