“To be quite honest I’m a little disappointed in the quality of the gold pendant. From the front it looks okay but when you turn it over it looks black in some light as though the gold is already coming off and for some reason on the back the edges have been shaved?
This will probably be the last time I buy from this company”

I encourage you to reach out to out customer care team as I'm not sure what the marks on the back could, the metal is gold so it could possibly be a build up of body oils on the back as it couldn't change colour to black.
