“After wearing this pendant for two weeks it has tarnished badly, I was contacted after I commented on this and eased to send photos which have not been acknowledged. Disappointed.”

Although very frustrating, sterling silver can easily be polished straight back to nice and shiny using the polish pad we send with every order. If you haven’t seen our reply to your email, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder, as sometimes our emails can be filtered there.
