Hi there, I'm so sorry it's not the colour you were hoping for. I had a look at your order and can see it was ordered in silver, and the colour was confirmed as correct before moving onto checkout. I'm so pleased you like the pendant Jillian. I'm sorry it was too short for you though, I did look into this and the length chosen was the 16" which is actually our shortest chain. We do have options to make it longer though, if you'd like to contact our Customer Care team they can help you.
