“I loved my necklace and was very disappointed when after giving it to my daughter for her birthday it broke a few hours later, but in saying that the service I've received in regards to that was handled wonderfully. I received a response to my email within half an hour and informed a new necklace would be sent out and since then I have received progress emails so the customer service has been fantastic.”
“Hi. I love the design of my necklace but my only disappointment is that the letters (NANNY) are very small and hardly readable. Perhaps the letters show up better on gold rather than sterling silver. I don’t know. Any suggestions?
