Thank you for reaching out, although I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling disappointed – this isn’t the experience we want for any of our customers. We aim to be quite transparent about our jewellery, sharing photos of real orders, size comparisons, and images of the backs of our pieces. Since each pendant is hand-stamped, slight blemishes naturally appear on the back, and unfortunately, there’s no workaround for this. I hope you can still wear and love your new necklace.
