Hi Grace, oh I'm so sorry you're not 100% happy. I can see you've contacted us and our customer care team has gotten back to you. With the stacked necklaces we file the back of the top pendant as much as possible as we want to limit it making scratches on the bigger pendant. I must admit the back of this pendant, apart from it being flat, doesn't get as much focus when making as it can't be seen at all. The stamping definitely does blemish the back of the pendants though, we note this in all our product info on each product.
