I picked the chain with the bobbles on it and I love the effect, I only wish the rings in the charms were a fraction bigger as they don’t slide very easily & then the extender piece is visible , maybe just a longer chain would be better? Either way I love it xx”
“I ordered the Juniper necklace with the small pendants instead of the tiny pendants. When I received the necklace, the pendent indeed has the small pendants but instead of having the appropriate sized engraving, it has the tiny font and you can barely see the initial. On ordering I was not asked what size I wanted the font, and I didn’t realise I especially needed to specify the size of the font to be appropriate to the size of the pendent. Extremely disappointed as I ordered one each for my bridesmaids and would have to pay more to get a replacement in the appropriate size when I have already spent so much on the necklaces. As a returning customer I’m disappointed and certainly won’t be recommending this brand.”
Oh no Rachel! I hate that you weren't 100% happy. Unfortunately when creating custom pieces (not what's available on our website) we do rely on customers to be specific on their choices. I'm grateful for this feedback though to help us improve in future. Nikki xx
Hi Jenny, thank you for your feedback. I can see you ordered the 16" which can be short for some. You're welcome to order an extender if you like. Unfortunately silver will always be prone to tarnishing, just give your necklace a firm wipe with the little white polish cloth that came with it, that'll make it shine again very easily. Nikki
