“Pendant is beautiful and I have loved wearing it up till today when the chain broke in the middle. Emailed company and was told 45 day warranty on chains and only if it breaks at the clasp so no replacement will be provided.
For the cost of this necklace I find this extremely dissapointing. Will not be buying more pieces from here”

We do offer a 45 day chain warranty as we would expect any manufacturing faults to show within this time. Unfortunately if a break is midway in the chain we are unable to repair this. Breaks midway through the chain are classified as wear and tear, most often caused by small tugs when adjusting the chain and pendant. We do offer our replacement chain service to help keep the cost of our products down, and we would love to offer you this option should you change your mind. Kindly, Nikki.
