“I love the look of this necklace but disappointed in how long I have had it and it is so scratched already. It also is starting to tarnish where the holes are that connected to the loop on the necklace.”
Hi Rachelle, thank you for providing this feedback. We’re so glad you love the look of your necklace. With the nature of the stacking pendants, scratches can occur over time with regular wear. Unfortunately tarnishing can also occur on silver that is not rhodium plated (like most mass produced silver pieces). We recommend a gentle polish with the polish pad you would have received with your order to restore its shine - this will also remove the scratches. “I absolutely Loved it when I opened it.
Unfortunately but the end of the first day of wearing it,it had marks on the larger pendant from the smaller top pendant marking it.
The larger pendant also has other marks that would not rub off,and the silver has worn badly already.”
“Cute necklace. However the chain becomes black very quickly!!! I am cleaning every second day, it’s never been worn in any water or had any lotion touch it. Bit of a pain.”
