“Been waiting so so long to finally order a piece from you after the birth of my second child. Finally did and whilst beautiful the chain length that was the ‘most popular” has me in tears every day.it need to be much longer. It’s almost like a choker. My piece is very sentimental and now I don’t even want to wear it. I am devastated, I just don’t have the budget right now to order another one.
Just writing this as you asked for an honest review - feel free not to publish publicly. Just wanted to give some honest feedback as maybe there may be a way to visually show the necklace lengths on the website maybe.

Hi Jenna, gosh I'm sorry the 18" hasn't fitted like you were hoping. While it's our most popular size everyone is different so it's always best to measure. We do have length charts in all our products to show roughly where each length sits. If you like pop us an email and we can send an extender out to you to add a little bit of length. Nikki x
